Prof Dr. Ikram Ullah Khan is the pioneer in introducing Laser technology in Pakistan and has the honor of establishing the first SKIN Laser Therapy Clinic in Pakistan. He is an MRCP and FRCP from U.K. This is the highest post-graduate qualification in Dermatology from U.K. He has been trained in the field of Dermatology and Skin laser treatment from Birmingham Skin Center which is one of the largest institutes in U.K. He has spent more than 10 years in U.K. where he has worked as consultant Dermatologist. Prof. Ikram is currently working as head of Dermatology dept in Pakistan Institute of Science Islamabad, consultant Dermatologist SHIFA International Hospital Islamabad
and honorary consultant Dermatologist and Surgeon Commander Pakistan Navy. He is also supervisor and Examiner for College of Physicians and Surgeons of Pakistan. Prof. Ikram has currently three Laser clinics in Pakistan, two in Islamabad and one in Peshawar. The Laser Equipment used in the clinics is top of the range and state of the art equipment. All the machines in his clinics are constantly upgraded and renewed to keep abreast with modern trends & technology.
Prof. Dr Ikram has attended and chaired numerous national and international conferences and has written numerous research articles published internationally. He is considered to be the final word in the field of Dermatology not only nationally but also internationally. His field of interest in dermatology is dermatological laser
therapy, cutaneous surgery and Dermatology.
